2. International Logistics & Partners

Your order begins its journey at our central distribution hub in the Netherlands.

  • Primary Carrier: PostNL International or DHL Express.

  • Final Mile Delivery: Handled by Canada Post or a local partner once the parcel arrives in Canada.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email within 24 hours of dispatch.

3. Transparent Pricing

We strive for a "No Hidden Fees" experience:

  • GST/HST: Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your province of residence.

  • Duties: We aim to minimize customs delays. For most orders, the price at checkout is the final price. If any additional brokerage fees apply based on regional customs inspections, these are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Handling Fragile & Bulky Items

As we specialize in home decor (lamps, clocks, and glass), we take extra care:

  • Packaging: All fragile items are packed with reinforced materials to prevent transit damage.

  • Bulky Items: Large ceiling lights or oversized clocks may be shipped in multiple boxes to ensure safety. You will receive tracking for each parcel.

  • Inspection: Please inspect your package within 7 days of delivery. If items are damaged, please send photos to info@enrichomes.com so we can arrange a replacement.

5. Delivery Exceptions & Address Changes

  • Address Changes: Contact us at info@enrichomes.com within 12 hours of ordering. Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee address modifications.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs from your refund.

  • Public Holidays: Please account for an additional 1-2 days during Canadian or Dutch public holidays.

6. Assembly & Installation

Please note that our shipping service is to your door only. Our couriers do not provide unpacking, assembly, or installation services. For lighting products, we recommend professional installation by a certified Canadian electrician.
