3. How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your parcel's journey from our warehouse to your door.
4. Do you ship outside Canada? Currently, this store exclusively serves addresses within Canada.
5. Can I cancel my order? Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this time, your order may already be in the processing phase. To request a cancellation, please email us at info@enrichomes.com.
6. What is your return policy? We want you to love your new home decor. If you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery.
7. How long does it take to receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 2 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
8. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty? We take extra care in packing fragile items like glass lamps and clocks. If something arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
9. Do your products come with a warranty? Yes. Every Enric Homes product includes a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or faults caused by incorrect installation.
10. Do I need a professional to install my lights? For safety reasons and to comply with Canadian electrical standards, we strongly recommend that all ceiling and wall-mounted lights are installed by a certified electrician.
11. Can I visit a physical store? Enric Homes is an online-only boutique. This allows us to focus on curated collections and offer fair pricing by cutting out traditional retail overhead.
