1. When will my order arrive?
Our total delivery time to Canada is 6–10 business days. This includes a 1–2 business day handling time and a 5–8 business day transit time. Note: Our order cut-off is 5:00 PM (EST).
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across Canada with no minimum spend. For more details, see our Shipping Policy.
3. How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your parcel's journey from our warehouse to your door.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, your order may already be in the processing phase. Please email us immediately at info@enrichomes.com.
5. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. There is a $0.00 restocking fee. Review our full Refund & Return Policy for instructions.
6. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once inspected, we process refunds within 2 business days. It may take 5–7 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method depending on your bank.
7. What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product. we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
8. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Enric Homes product includes a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover wear and tear or improper installation.
9. Do I need a professional to install my lights?
For safety and to comply with Canadian electrical standards, we strongly recommend that all ceiling and wall-mounted lights are installed by a certified electrician.
